Founded in 2012, we have leveraged our rights expertise to pioneer the mainstream introduction of official data rights. We paved the way for a new revenue stream for our federation clients, whilst at the same time delivering greater value to the sports betting industry.
We are entering the data age of sport, where the eco-system for the modern fan is ‘always on’; and through GIFs, memes, clips and highlights has evolved to be truly 24/7.

Get to know some of our
Freddie led the creation of IMG’s betting and gaming business, which was founded in 2012 and has evolved into IMG ARENA. As President, he is responsible for the overall business strategy and delivery of IMG ARENA’s official multi-sport content and solutions. He joined IMG in 2006, having previously worked at Haymarket Publishing Group. Outside of work he enjoys cricket, fantasy football and playing sports with his children.
Max is responsible for sales, partnerships and commercial relationships. Having joined IMG in 2013 Max has been the driving force behind many of IMG ARENA’s federation partnerships; and is central to its sport-led vision. In his spare time, Max enjoys swimming and golf and spending time with his family. Max is a lifelong rugby fan and Harlequins supporter.
Brad joined the team in 2017 as the VP of Product, having previously held similar roles at various global media and betting companies. Brad is responsible for IMG ARENA’s product development and innovation programmes and is focused on reimagining the fan experience. Outside of work, Brad enjoys family BBQs and supporting his Aussie football teams.
Jon joined the team in 2019 from comparethemarket.com and is the vision behind our technology strategy, having built our 100+ tech team from scratch. A Newcastle United supporter from birth, Jon is an avid sports fan and can often be found playing his sons at squash or competing in triathlons.
Archie joined the team in 2020 as VP of Portfolio Delivery to help the business scale up in a stable manner whilst maintaining the speed and agility that are the hallmark of innovators. He came to IMG ARENA from another mould-breaker, Babylon Health, and had spent the previous decade guiding clients through similar challenges. Outside work Archie loves family time and sports, including the pleasure and pain of following his beloved Aston Villa.
Jacek founded FlightScope in 1998 and grew the company to over 170 employees before it was acquired by IMG ARENA in 2021. He is now VP, Sports Services, where he is responsible for the development and operations of our Sports Services division and is focused on integrating the service across the wider business. Outside of work, Jacek enjoys family sports and adventure on alpes peaks and ocean waves.
Steve joined the team in 2017 as Senior Commercial Analyst working with Brad to initially help deliver our innovative new golf product. Prior to joining IMG ARENA Steve held similar roles at various global digital and broadcast businesses with a strong sports focus. Steve is responsible for IMG ARENA’s strategic development function which includes strategic partnerships and investments. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his young family and being the only Stoke City supporter in the office.
Andrew was our first dedicated sales executive when he arrived in 2014, and has been pivotal in growing our global footprint. He still looks after our key customers in his current role as Head of Sales and has a focus on increasing distribution and partnerships under the Alliance programme. Outside the office, he is a keen golfer and enjoys all things sport.
Adam joined the company in 2012 as an intern, working closely with the sports operations team. Now, he holds the position of Head of Sports Operations in the IMG ARENA and supervises all the management in the Polish office. Outside of work, Adam is keen on playing sports, such as football, tennis, squash, as well as running and skiing.
Adrian joined the company in 2018, starting his career as an Event Manager within the Golf team. When the ODCN project was launched, Adrian led the team as the Operations Director, taking charge of setting up entire operation including recruitment, training, and logistics. Outside of work, Adrian is a great fan of golf, all kinds of motorised vehicles and low-tier local Polish football.
Marta joined IMG ARENA in November 2021 as the HR Manager to build the local HR department from scratch. She is responsible for positive relations in the office as well as the benefits program. Outside of work, she loves reading, running, and spending time with her kids.
